About the role
Vieraxis is looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Coordinator to support our Trade service area. You will manage supplier relationships, coordinate purchasing workflows, and support e-commerce operations across platforms including Amazon and eBay.
This role is based in Hannover, Germany and works directly with the Trade team to ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective sourcing for our clients and internal operations.
What you will do
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for products, spare parts, and business goods
- Manage purchasing workflows from inquiry to delivery
- Coordinate communication with international and local suppliers
- Support e-commerce operations including product listings and order management
- Track shipments, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply issues
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, or similar)
- German language skills at B2 level or above (required for this role)
- English proficiency for international supplier communication
- Attention to detail and reliability in follow-up
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-moving environment
