About the role
Vieraxis is looking for a Germany Relocation Advisor to join our Talent service area. You will guide students and professionals through the Germany relocation process — from visa documentation and blocked accounts to housing support and early integration steps.
This is a remote-friendly role that requires strong knowledge of Germany relocation requirements and the ability to communicate clearly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
What you will do
- Advise clients on Germany visa applications and required documentation
- Explain blocked account requirements, health insurance options, and registration steps
- Support university admission inquiries for prospective students
- Help clients with housing search, bank account opening, and practical settlement needs
- Maintain clear client communication and structured follow-up throughout the process
- Contribute to guidance materials, FAQs, and process documentation
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Germany relocation, visa, and registration requirements
- Experience supporting students or professionals relocating to Germany
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Empathetic approach with clear and professional written communication
- Based in or with strong familiarity with the German system
